Location

This rifle is found in Reaver's Mansion after downloading the "Understone Quests" DLC. It is a prize for getting 90,000 points in the Wheel of Misfortune game.

Description

Harriet Thatcher was the first, and so far only, female guard in Bowerstone. She didn't play by the book but, damn it, she got the job done. This is her lucky rifle.
